RETURNS 

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact support@hermakeupskin.com and we will gladly replace the incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise. We will re-ship your correct order upon receipt of the incorrect item(s).  Please be careful when confirming your shipping address and choosing your products as we are unable to change once you have ordered.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed the same day and typically arrive in 3 to 5 days.

Your product can be shipped to USA, CANADA, UK, and EU.

Orders are shipped via USPS from our fulfilment center in the USA.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure to enter correct and precise details such as email and shipping address upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post because of incorrect addresses.

CANCELLATION

Orders are processed within the day. Please be careful when confirming your shipping address and choosing your products as we are unable to change or cancel, all orders are final once submitted.
